Shipping and Returns

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER AND WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

The means and delivery times may change according to the time of year. The dates shown are only indicative. Any delay in the shipment of items, given the estimated dates presented, are merely indicative and does not entitle the Customer to any compensation.

We do not currently ship to non-EU countries, excluding the United States of America and Canada.

Deliveries and pick-ups in Portugal are operated by DPD. In European Union countries by DHL Express (by air) and by DPD (by land). For the United States of America and Canada, deliveries and pick-ups are operated by UPS.

Deliveries are made from 9 am to 6 pm, on working days. Someone must be at the address indicated to receive the order. This service does not include scheduling or appointment options, so the delivery of the order will be made without prior contact by the carrier. We do not guarantee this term in the periods of promotions, sales, Christmas and stockouts.

HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT I PURCHASED FROM CARÓL SÁ MARTA ART?

You have 30 days to exchange or return a product. However, the product needs to be in perfect condition: unused and with the original packaging undamaged. You must return it to the address indicated on the shipping box. The customer has the right to return the delivered products if it is found that they have defects or other non-conformities in relation to the products ordered. The return can be made within 30 days after receiving the order. This does not affect your statutory rights. If your complaint is justified, the price and shipping costs will be refunded.

WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

When the return is received, we carry out a quality control and refund the money using the same payment method you used. The time it takes for a chargeback to enter on your bank statement depends on your bank. Any questions, please contact us via email to carolsamarta@gmail.com.

DO I HAVE ANY COST IN RETURNING THE PRODUCT?

The cost of returning the product will depend on your country of origin.

Usually, the return price will be equal to the original product shipping price.
